Parent Prep: Be prepared to pay for supplies like daily permits and bait. Discuss with the leader whether they will be supplying fishing poles or if you should supply your own. It is very helpful to the leader if you know of local fishing sites for them to take your child. Feel free to ask if they recommend other sites. Decide beforehand which site they will use, and whether they are driving your child to the site or if you will be dropping them off.
